The reply rate is the percentage of your warm-up emails that are going to get a reply.

1. In the "Warm-up options" pop-up, click on the field below "Reply rate/day" and define a percentage.

💡 Note: We recommend to select a rate of 30% to take full benefits from the warm-up, and not exceed 45%
